Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Our items are all handmade to order by our team so that we can infuse our love and musk into every pair. Orders are expected to take up to 7-10 days to be made, and shipping time depends on the country it’s going to.  Canada and the USA: 3-6 days Everywhere else 8-22 days

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Depending on the country, yes! Tracking information is sent to you via email once your shipping label has been created

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Absolutely! We want our underwear to cover all holes from the furthest regions of the earth!

Q: How should I care for my underwear?
A: Our underwear are machine washable, dryer safe, BUT they are susceptible to cum and lube stains.

Q: How does your sizing work?
A: We have Small through to XXXL. The dimensions of each are listed in inches on the product page when you add a pair to your cart. If you don't see your measurements listed in our sizes please send us an e-mail 

Q: Can I return my items?
A: As much as we want to whiff your stinky drawers, we unfortunately cannot accept returns/exchanges due to the intimate nature of our products. In the rare case that there is a manufacturing defect, please send photos and details to hauszuk@gmail.com.
